通过对微波炉工作原理、变压器磁通理论和微波炉位相控制方法的探讨以及实验分析,利用程序设定等待时间,继电器吸合的位相角调整到90°或270°附近,从而有效降低微波炉启动时的励磁涌流和停止时形成的剩磁;同时考虑到电源频率波动以及继电器响应时间的偏差,将微波炉高压变压器的导通和切断的时间点控制在同样的相位角,可以有效地将导通时的偏磁和切断时的剩磁相互抵消,从而降低启动时的涌流。
