目的:观察患者牙隐裂以及牙折裂的病情发展情况和疾病主要病因以及治疗该病的临床效果。方法:选择佛山市高明区杨和镇杨和卫生院接受诊治的牙隐裂以及牙折裂患者30例。牙隐裂主要是利用纯粹的调整颌骨进行治疗,先将裂缝磨出,再将内容物填充于该裂缝中,并进行全牙冠的修复治疗。牙折裂则先将患侧牙齿进行复位固定,再进行全牙冠的修复治疗。结果:牙隐裂患者有14颗牙出现裂缝,使用全牙冠修整进行治疗的有4颗,先将裂缝磨出、再将内容物填充于该裂缝中的有5颗,纯粹的调整颌骨治疗的有5颗,总有效率为100.00%;牙折裂患者有20颗牙齿出现折裂,使用牙齿固定并全牙冠修整的有14颗,直接进行全牙冠修整的有6颗,总有效率92.86%。结论:牙齿结构较为单薄、表面形态发育不正常、牙齿发育不良、外界创伤以及高温是引起牙隐裂的重要原因,外界突然撞击牙齿是牙折裂最重要的原因,纯粹的调整颌骨进行治疗,先将裂缝磨出,再将内容物填充于该裂缝中,并进行全牙冠的修复是治疗牙隐裂以及牙折裂的最主要方法,并且有明显的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的临床症状。
