我院于1989年10月～1991年4月对22例重症肺心病患者在抗炎止咳解痉止喘等综合治疗的基础上用青岛第三制药厂生产的。藻酸双酯钠辅佐治疗,并与同期仅给予综合治疗的重症肺心病患者31例进行疗效比较。 1 临床资料 PSS组22例,男15例,女7例,年龄(61±9Yr),其中Ⅱ型呼衰14例,重度呼衰者7例,中度呼衰者5例,轻度呼衰者2例,右心衰竭10例,心衰Ⅲ°5例,心衰Ⅱ°3例,心衰Ⅰ°1例。对照组31例,男20例,女11例,年龄(59±8yr),其中Ⅱ型呼衰18例,重度呼衰8例,中度呼衰4例,轻度呼衰6例,右心衰竭12例,心衰Ⅲ°7例,心衰Ⅱ°3例,心衰Ⅰ°1例。 2 治疗方法
