自Rosenberg采用患者自体LAK细胞合用IL-2治疗恶性肿瘤取得显著疗效以来,LAK疗法日益令人瞩目。我国学者苏盛等将其用于慢性肝炎的治疗也取得了令人鼓舞的效果。我们将LAK细胞/IL-2用于慢性肝炎及肿瘤的治疗,取得了一定效果,现初报如下。1 资料和方法 1.1 治疗对象 慢乙肝3人,eAg均为阳性。慢丙肝1人,抗-HCV阳性。恶性肿瘤3人(直肠癌、胃癌术后、晚期肝癌各1人)。 1.2 方法 取自体血100ml(肝炎患者)或异体血200ml(肿瘤患者),分离淋巴细胞,配成1×10~6细胞/ml浓度,加IL-2500U/ml(美国 Cetus公司产品),37℃、5％CO_2中共同孵育3～6h后回输,每周1次,肝炎病人6次1疗程,肿瘤病人6～9次1疗程。

We will LAK cells / IL-2 for the treatment of chronic hepatitis and cancer, and achieved some results, the first report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The treatment of chronic hepatitis B 3, eAg are positive. 1 chronic hepatitis C, anti-HCV positive. 3 were malignant tumors (one for rectal cancer, one for postoperative gastric cancer and one for advanced liver cancer). 1.2 Methods from body blood 100ml (hepatitis patients) or allogeneic blood 200ml (tumor patients), lymphocytes were separated and dubbed the concentration of 1 × 10 ~ 6 cells / ml, plus IL-2500U / ml (the United States Cetus company), 37 ℃ , 5% CO_2 common incubation 3 ~ 6h after transfusion, once a week, hepatitis patients 6 times a course of treatment, cancer patients 6 to 9 times a course of treatment.
