大学生党员的教育是高校党的建设的一项基础性工作,近年来,我国高校学生党建工作发展迅速,成绩显著,但相较发展前的教育、培养和考察,大学生入党后的教育要相对薄弱,面对部分学生党员入党后的模范作用减退,少数党员政治素养不高、组织纪律不强,个别学生入党动机不够端正,加强大学生党员的后续教育迫在眉睫。
The education of college student party members is a basic work of Party building in colleges and universities. In recent years, the party construction work of college students in our country has been developing rapidly with remarkable achievements. However, compared with pre-development education, training and inspection, the education of college students after joining the Party should be relatively weak. Faced with the decline of exemplary role of some student party members after joining the party, the minority political party members are not well educated, the organizational discipline is not strong, the individual motivation for joining the party is not enough, and the follow-up education of the college student party members is imminent.
