60只雄性SD断奶大鼠,分为铁正常、铁缺乏和铁缺乏补充铁10倍于常量三组。采用59Fe示踪法测量大鼠全身59Fe储留量和各器官、组织的分布。结果显示,铁正常组大鼠全身铁储留率为31.0%~36.0%,铁缺乏组大鼠为84.1%~93.3%,铁缺乏大鼠补铁后储留率由21.8%急剧下降至6.8%。铁缺乏组大鼠小肠粘膜、肝脏、血液与骨骼等铁吸收储留器官、组织铁的分布显著高于铁正常组大鼠,铁缺乏大鼠补铁后组织器官的分布最低。而小肠灌洗液、结肠和粪便内铁分布表现出完全相反的结果.
Sixty male SD weaned rats were divided into normal iron, iron deficient and iron deficient supplemented with iron 10 times the constant three groups. 59Fe tracer method was used to measure the whole body 59Fe storage and the distribution of various organs and tissues. The results showed that the iron retention rate was 31.0% -36.0% in normal iron group and 84.1% -93.3% in iron deficient rats. The distribution of iron in tissues of iron-deficient rats such as small intestine mucosa, liver, blood and bone was significantly higher than that of normal iron group, and the distribution of tissues and organs was the lowest in iron deficient rats.
