目的:探讨临床护理管理中应用分层次管理模式的效果.方法:本次研究选择的对象共100名,均为我院2011年5月至2012年5月收集的各科室护理人员,随机按观察组和对照组各50例划分,对照组采用常规护理管理方案,观察组采用分层次管理,回顾相关资料.结果:两组护理管理前业务操作评分及理论知识评分无差异(P>0.05),护理管理后观察组评分情况显著优于对照组(P0.05),护理管理后均显著优于对照组,有显著统计学差异(P0.05 ), nursing management after the observation group scores were significantly better than the control group ( P0.05 ), nursing management were significantly better than the control group, with significant difference ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: in the clinical nursing management in the use of hierarchical management, can significantly improve the patient and doctor satisfaction with nursing care, improve nursing staff operations and theoretical knowledge, promote harmonious development of hospital, and protect the rights and interests of the patients and social benefits.
