目的综述抗骨质疏松药物细胞筛选模型的研究进展。方法以国内外研究文献为基础,对文献资料进行分析和总结。结果与结论抗骨质疏松药物细胞筛选可归纳三种模型,即二维模型、三维模型和组织工程化模型,其中二维模型较为常见,但因不能提供细胞正常生长发育所需的微环境,从而使筛选结果与在体模型出入较大。三维模型和组织工程化模型在细胞黏附、细胞骨架组成、细胞迁移、信号转导等方面区别于二维模型,正逐渐成为研究的热点。用于筛选抗骨质疏松类药物的组织工程化模型还处于起步阶段,但必将成为发展趋势。
Objective To summarize the research progress of anti-osteoporosis drug cell screening model. Methods Based on the domestic and foreign research literature, the literature is analyzed and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS Three types of anti-osteoporosis drug cell screening can be summarized: two-dimensional model, three-dimensional model and tissue engineering model. The two-dimensional model is more common, but because of the inability to provide the microenvironment needed for normal cell growth and development, So that the screening results and the larger in-body model. 3D models and tissue engineering models are different from 2D models in cell adhesion, cytoskeletal composition, cell migration, signal transduction and so on, and are becoming hot spots of research. Tissue engineered models for screening anti-osteoporosis drugs are still in their infancy, but will surely become a trend.
