本文阐述了机械零件测绘的作用及教学实施办法,并以测绘一级圆柱齿轮减器作为典型案例,分析了测绘的内容、任务、学时安排以及测绘中遇到问题的处理及教学效果。通过对零件的测绘,让学生直接参与查找信息、综合分析、独立工作、检查评估,使学生在模拟实际生产的情境中,综合运用所学知识,进行解决问题的实际操作,以培养学生的综合职业能力。
This paper elaborates the function of mechanical part mapping and the method of teaching implementation. With the first grade cylindrical gear reducer of surveying and mapping as a typical case, this paper analyzes the contents, tasks, arrangement of class hours and the problems encountered in the mapping and teaching effects. Through the mapping of the parts, students are directly involved in finding information, comprehensive analysis, independent work, inspection and evaluation, so that students in the actual production of simulated situations, the integrated use of knowledge, to solve the practical operation of the problem in order to develop a comprehensive student professional ability.
