本文分析了当前医院管理队伍中存在的四个主要问题:1.组织结构不合理;2.知识结构单一;3.思想不稳定;4.工作效能不高。提出了建设高素质医院管理人才队伍的思路:1.严格标准,搞好选才;2.加强思想教育和引导;3.加大培养力度;4.建立科学考评和激励机制;5.完善人才合理流动措施;6.合理编制,突出效率。
This article analyzes the four main problems in the current hospital management team: 1. The organizational structure is not reasonable; 2. Knowledge structure is single; 3. The thinking is not stable; 4. Work efficiency is not high.
