1989年1月～1995年1月我科共收治支气管异物患儿1145例。其中42例经手术证实支气管内并无明显异物,但在术前检查时所有临床表现均符合一侧支气管异物的临床特征,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 男32例,女10例,年龄6个月至3岁。发病至就诊时间:5小时至9天,38例在询问病史时家长不能肯定是否有异物吸入史,另4例有误吸奶汁、稀粥史。症状表现:42例均有不同程度
