2013年8月1日,盐边县政府与四川省煤炭产业集团有限责任公司举行战略合作签约暨攀枝花川煤华荣红坭有限公司授牌仪式。这标志着四川省首家煤矿企业兼并重组顺利完成。新成立的川煤华荣红坭煤业有限公司,通过兼并重组,将盐边县现有的28口矿井进行整合。公司还将制定和规划盐边县境内煤炭资源整体综合开发利用方案,加大财力、物力、人力资源和安全生产科学技术投入力度,力争用5年时间全面完成盐
On August 1, 2013, Yanbian County Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sichuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. and awarded the award ceremony of Panzhihua Sichuan Huarong Hongfa Co., Ltd. This marks the successful completion of the merger and reorganization of the first coal mine in Sichuan Province. The newly established Chuan Coal Huarong Hongjian Coal Industry Co., Ltd., through the merger and reorganization, will Yanbian 28 existing wells for integration. The company will also formulate and plan the overall development and utilization of coal resources in Yanbian County and increase investment in science and technology of financial, material and human resources and safety production and strive to complete the salt application in 5 years
