该文研究了5种树脂对翅果油树叶片多糖的静态吸附及解析性能,选取出一种吸附和解析效果均较好的树脂进行了动态试验研究.结果表明:AB-8树脂对翅果油树叶片多糖的吸附和解析效果较好;AB-8树脂在吸附时间为100min,吸附液为30℃,pH值为7,最佳上样量与树脂比例为6∶1,吸附流速为1mL/min时吸附效果较好.用40mL的蒸馏水洗脱效果最好,洗脱率可达82.095%.对AB-8树脂的再生性能进行研究表明,树脂重复使用4次,其吸附能力仍较为稳定.
In this paper, the static adsorption and analytical performance of five kinds of resin on the polysaccharide of the leaves of Olea europaea were studied, and a kind of resin with good adsorption and analytical results was selected for dynamic test. The results showed that AB- The adsorption and analysis of polysaccharides from the leaves of the oil tree were better. The adsorption time of AB-8 resin was 100min, the adsorption solution was 30 ℃, the pH value was 7, the optimum loading was 6:1, the adsorption flow rate was 1mL / min, the adsorption effect is better.Using 40mL of distilled water to elute the best, the elution rate can reach 82.095% .Research on the regeneration performance of AB-8 resin shows that the resin adsorption capacity is still relatively stable after repeated use for 4 times .
