分析了监视线保护的重要性，指出了造成监视线保护误动的原因，在此基础上提出了基于正交变换的监视线保护原理，并给出了实验数据。
The importance of monitoring line protection is analyzed. The reasons for the misoperation of monitoring line protection are pointed out. Based on this, the protection principle of monitoring line based on orthogonal transformation is proposed and the experimental data are given.
