有个学生提问,孔子的父亲叫叔梁纥(he),他却叫孔丘,父子二人为什么不姓一个姓呢?谈这个问题之前,我们得先了解一点历史。孔子的父亲名纥、字梁纥。把字放在名的前面,合起来称呼一个人,是春秋时的风俗。叔梁纥是鲁国的一个将军,他已有九个女儿和一个儿子。在当时男尊女卑的情况下,女儿是受歧视的,而叔梁纥仅有的一个儿子又是瘸子,所以,叔梁纥很不满意。于是,他就和孔子的母亲一起到曲阜东的尼丘山求天神另赐一子。后来,果然生下了孑L子。叔梁纥认为这儿子是在尼丘山上求来的,就给他取名为丘,字仲尼。
