介绍叶总线工控机控制的温度压力观控系统,成功实现了氮离子渗入工作过程中真空度气压、温度以及其它工艺参数的优化控制。提出了Bang-Bang调节和PID调节的双模算法建立合适的渗氮气氛,按照给定辉光电流调节温度输出,按照外加直流电压调节气压。
The temperature and pressure observation and control system controlled by Yebus IPC is introduced. The optimal control of vacuum pressure, temperature and other process parameters during nitrogen ion infiltration is successfully achieved. Proposed Bang-Bang regulation and PID regulation of the dual-mode algorithm to establish a suitable nitriding atmosphere, according to a given glow current to regulate the temperature output, in accordance with the applied DC voltage to regulate air pressure.
