本文论述了硅酸乙酯对冷硬树脂砂的强化作用及强化工艺。提出用硅酸乙酯作为新的附加物代替硅烷加入树脂中,可提高冷硬树脂砂的强度,降低成本,具有比较显著的经济效益。指出硅酸乙酯的强化机理主要是减弱了水分的有害影响,提高了树脂膜对砂粒的附着力和树脂膜的内聚强度。根据实验,对硅酸乙酯加入量等强化工艺进行了初步探索,得出了相应的结论。
This paper discusses the strengthening effect and strengthening process of ethyl silicate on chilled resin sand. Proposed to use ethyl silicate as a new addition instead of silane added to the resin, can improve the strength of chilled resin sand, reduce costs, with a more significant economic benefits. It is pointed out that the strengthening mechanism of ethyl silicate is mainly to weaken the harmful effects of moisture and improve the adhesion of the resin film to the sand particles and the cohesive strength of the resin film. According to the experiment, the amount of ethyl silicate and other strengthening processes were initially explored, and the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
