近年来,我国政府网站英文版迅速发展,成为政府对外宣传的一个重要渠道。但浏览众多网站,发现翻译质量参差不齐,这无疑将影响政府网站英文版的建设及其外宣效果。笔者以德国功能主义“目的论”为理论框架,以我国政府网站英文版为文本,从语言性、文化性和语用性三方面的误译进行分析,并提出完善建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of the English version of our government website has become an important channel for the government to publicize. However, browsing many websites and finding that the quality of translation is uneven can undoubtedly affect the construction of the English version of the government website and the effect of its propaganda. Based on the German functionalism “Skopos theory ” as the theoretical framework and the English version of our government website as the text, the author analyzes the mistranslation of the three aspects of language, culture and pragmatics and puts forward some suggestions.
