本文讨论了基于传输函数理论的多值CMOS电路综合技术。通过对基于传输函数理论的CMOS电路与T门的分析比较,指出了它们的工作原理的一致性。在此基础上提出了用函数分解综合多值多变量CMOS电路的方法。
This article discusses the multi-valued CMOS circuit synthesis technique based on transfer function theory. Through the analysis and comparison of CMOS circuit and T-gate based on transfer function theory, the consistency of their working principle is pointed out. On this basis, a method of decomposing the integrated multivalued multivariable CMOS circuits with functions is proposed.
