Objective: To analyze and discuss the relationship between different modes of delivery and postpartum urinary incontinence, and provide reference for preventing the occurrence of postpartum urinary incontinence. Methods: From June 2009 to June 2013, 500 pregnant women were reviewed at outpatients and postnatal visits 6-8 weeks after delivery, and their pregnancy, age, weight of newborns, births, postnatal urine Incontinence and other factors. Among them, 265 were vaginal delivery group and 235 were cesarean delivery group. Results: The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence in vaginal delivery group was significantly higher than that in cesarean section, and some obstetric factors had an impact on the occurrence of postpartum urinary incontinence. Conclusion: Cesarean section can reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence to a certain extent. Increasing fetal birth rate will also increase the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence.
