Tanghe County, Henan Province, is a typical agricultural county with a population of 1.31 million. It is also the first demonstration county of China’s National Integrated Technology Program of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In recent years, the farmers in the county have ample confidence in getting rich and getting well-to-do by relying on scientific and technological information. Tanghe County Post Office to seize the opportunity to tap the potential of the rural newspaper subscription market, the agricultural technology newspapers as the focus of promotion, and achieved remarkable results. Tanghe Bureau in 2009 to book science and technology, information newspapers reached 100,000 copies, covering 504 counties
