近几年来,在软土地基中应用钻孔摩擦灌注桩的工程日趋增多。由于钻孔摩擦灌注桩具有施工无噪音、无挤土现象等特点,有利于在居民密集或狭小场地的工况条件下施工,所以在大城市改造建设中备受欢迎。当然,如同其它初兴之事一样,钻孔摩擦灌注桩同样也还存在着施工工艺尚不完善,质量控制不够稳定和成桩费用较高等问题。针对上述问题,本文作者根据武汉地质勘察基础工程公司第二工程处在上海三年多的施工实践,提出了解决这些问题的成功经验,旨在扬利弃弊,进一步完善和推广软土层钻孔摩擦灌注桩施工工艺。
In recent years, the application of bored friction cast-in-place piles in soft soil foundations has been increasing.
