Early childhood teachers, because of lack of educational skills, often have poor experience in organizing young children, especially in the collective activities, often “is a gourd from a ladle.” Originally, regular education was a means of organizing day activities rather than ends. At this time, it was the cart before the horse: most of the time had to be spent on emphasizing rules and scolding children who violated the rules. In this way, teachers not only virtually deprived of time belongs to children learning, playing games, but also seriously hurt the child’s self-esteem. This approach apparently runs counter to the spirit of the Rules. In view of this, how to carry out regular education on young children and how to handle young children’s behavioral problems on the premise of maintaining their self-esteem deserves careful study. In practice, we summarize the principle of regular education.
