随着信息技术的迅猛发展和经济全球化步伐的加快,企业所处的经济环境正在发生着巨大的变化。在这种情况下,如何使企业在维持现有价值的基础上,不断挖掘其发展潜能去创造和培育新的价值增长,进而提升企业的竞争力,已成为企业管理层面临的挑战之一,也成为企业理财的新课题。笔者在此以价值创造为战略视角,剖析企业价值的驱动因素,并提出以价值创造为导向的平衡管理思路。
With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of economic globalization, the economic environment in which enterprises operate is undergoing tremendous changes. Under such circumstances, how to enable enterprises to tap the potential of their development to create and nurture new value growth on the basis of maintaining the existing value and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become one of the challenges that enterprise management faces, It has also become a new topic of corporate finance. Here, the author takes value creation as the strategic perspective, analyzes the driving factors of the enterprise value, and puts forward the balanced management thinking based on the value creation.
