在纯铝中添加Al_(63)Cu_(25)Mn_(12)准晶熔炼出了Al-Cu-Mn合金,对铸态试样的显微组织和晶体结构进行了研究。结果表明,铸态共晶组织包含Al和在Al_2Cu相基础上形成的新相,其中共晶相中的Al晶粒的取向与相邻Al基体接近。共晶组织中的另外一个新相是在共晶Al相形成网格后才在其网格内结晶形成,其电子衍射花样特点表明,这个相是在无序Al_2Cu相的基础上,沿(110)面2倍周期有序形成的一种新相。
Al-Cu-Mn alloy was melted by adding Al_ (63) Cu_ (25) Mn_ (12) quasicrystal into pure aluminum, and the microstructure and crystal structure of the as-cast sample were studied. The results show that the as-cast eutectic structure contains Al and a new phase formed on the basis of Al 2 Cu phase, in which the orientation of Al grains in the eutectic phase is close to that of the adjacent Al matrix. Another new phase in the eutectic structure is formed after the eutectic Al phase forms a grid in the grid. The electron diffraction pattern shows that this phase is based on the disordered Al_2Cu phase, ) A 2-fold periodic orderly formation of a new phase.
