为了对无居民海岛实施有效管理,本文提出利用最小累积阻力模型进行海岛分区的方法。从源的选定、阻力层的筛选、阻力赋值、阈值的确定等几个方面为无居民海岛的保护与利用分区提供了较为完整的实施方法,并以蛤蜊岛为试验区,进行实例研究,并将蛤蜊岛分为保护区、保留区、优化开发利用区、适当开发利用区。结果表明,该方法只需要建立源点和阻力表面,避免了在众多评价指标的选择和权重确定上劳神费力,具有较强的可操作性。
In order to implement the effective management of uninhabited islands, this paper proposes a method of zoning the island using the minimum cumulative resistance model. From the aspects of the selection of source, the screening of resistance layer, the resistance assignment and the determination of threshold, it provides a more complete implementation method for the protection and utilization zoning of uninhabited islands, and takes Clam Island as the experimental area, Clack Island is divided into protected areas, reserved areas, optimized development and utilization areas, and proper development and utilization areas. The results show that this method only needs to establish the source point and the resistance surface, avoids the painstaking laboriousness in the selection and weight determination of many evaluation indexes, and has strong maneuverability.
