伴随着国内经济的持续高速增长,地方政府的财政收入也不断增加,其投资项目的规模和数量也相应增长,在国民经济发展当中充当着越来越重要的角色,与此同时,也暴露出不少问题和弊端。本文通过探讨和研究地方政府投资项目财政核算与管理当中存在的诸多问题,提出应对对策。
