诊所式法律教育做为一种从案例教学法发展出来并借鉴医学院临床教学方法的一种全新法教育模式在我国刚刚起步。它强调通过教师指导学生参与实际的法律运用过程来培养和提高他们的法律实践能力,从而加深学生对法学理论和法律制度的理解。通过诊所式法律教育的学习,学生能够学到许多基本的专业技能并能增强其社会责任感,形成良好的道德观与法律职业素质。
Clinic legal education as a kind of new legal education mode which is developed from the case teaching method and draws lessons from clinical teaching methods of medical school has just started in our country. It emphasizes that teachers should be encouraged to participate in practical legal application process to cultivate and improve their legal practice ability so as to deepen students’ understanding of jurisprudence theory and legal system. Through the clinic legal education, students can learn many basic professional skills and enhance their sense of social responsibility, forming a good moral and legal professional qualities.
