随着国家对现代学校政策的推行,构建现代学校制度的需要,对于高职学校的专项资金管理的要求也越来越严格,这就要求职业学校制定相关的发展规划。随着中央八项规定的推出,对高职学校专项资金管理体系的构建也提出了新的要求。对要求加强高职学校的运行监管和建立社会多分参与的监督制度,本文从高职学校财政专项资金管理的特点与现状、高职学校专项资金管理的问题及其原因以及解决措施几个方面展开论述,希望能够对高职学校的专项资金管理提供参考。
With the implementation of modern school policy in our country and the need to construct a modern school system, the requirements for specialized fund management in higher vocational schools are also becoming more and more stringent, which requires vocational schools to formulate relevant development plans. With the introduction of the eight provisions of the Central Government, new requirements have also been set for the construction of a special fund management system for higher vocational schools. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the special fund management in higher vocational schools and the status quo, the problems of the special funds management in higher vocational schools and their causes, as well as the solutions to these problems. Exposition, hoping to provide a reference for the special fund management of higher vocational schools.
