本文采用间接免疫荧光法和对流免疫电泳法,分别检测了70例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清抗核抗体(ANA)、抗-双链脱氧核糖核酸(ds-DNA)抗体和抗可提取性核抗原(ENA)抗体,分析了这些抗体与有关临床表现和实验室指标的关系,现将结果报告如下: 材料和方法本文70例SLE,女64例,男6例。全部患者均符合1982年美国风湿病学会SLE修订标准。 1.ANA:常规间接免疫荧光法。 2.抗ds-DNA抗体:方法同ANA。 3.抗ENA抗体:对流免疫电泳法。
In this study, indirect immunofluorescence and counter-current immunoelectrophoresis were used to detect serum anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-double-stranded DNA (ds-DNA) antibody and anti-extractable antibody in 70 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (ENA) antibodies. The relationship between these antibodies and clinical and laboratory findings was analyzed. The results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods In this paper, 70 patients with SLE, 64 women and 6 males were enrolled. All patients were in line with the 1982 American College of Rheumatology SLE revised standards. 1.ANA: Conventional indirect immunofluorescence. Anti-ds-DNA antibody: the same method as ANA. 3. Anti-ENA antibody: convection immuno-electrophoresis.
