将16名截瘫后期、截瘫平面以下肢体出现明显废用性骨质疏松的男性患者,随机分为两组,分别注射降钙素利注射用水1个月。观察用药前后患者生化及骨密度等指标后,发现早期小剂量应用降钙素可以有效防止或减缓发生废用性骨质疏松。
Sixteen male patients with obvious disuse osteoporosis in the following paraplegic stage and below paraplegic plane were randomly divided into two groups, and they were injected with calcitonin for 1 month. Observed before and after treatment of patients with biochemical and bone mineral density and other indicators and found that early application of small doses of calcitonin can effectively prevent or slow the occurrence of disuse osteoporosis.
