On August 20, the second phase of Changyong High-grade Highway was successfully completed and put into operation. At this point, the high-grade road called “the first road to the provincial gate” opened to traffic. The total length of Changyong high-grade highway is nearly 26km, which is the first highway in our province to be built and managed by the joint-stock company. The first highway is financing, construction, management and loan repayment.
