科学发展观要求我们要尊重冶金学的基本原理研究钢铁生产,实事求是地对待生产过程中出现的各类问题,不掩盖矛盾,不回避矛盾,正视现实问题,用科学、合理的方法加以解决。目前,在钢铁生产中出现了一些现象,就是不能面对现实,不能真实反映生产一线情况,我们应尽快以予扭转和纠正。科学研究不能浮躁,要做深入的基础理论研究,重视前人已研究的科技成果,加大技术创新力度,循序渐进地工作。学术上要允许不同的观点存在,进行广泛的交流、研讨,取得共识,这有利于促进科学技术的发展。
The scientific concept of development requires that we respect the basic principles of metallurgy and study the production of steel. We should treat all kinds of problems that arise during the production process in a down-to-earth manner. We should not conceal contradictions, avoid contradictions, face up to practical problems and solve them in a scientific and rational manner. At present, there are some phenomena in the steel production that can not face reality and can not truly reflect the production frontline. We should reverse and rectify it as soon as possible. Scientific research should not be impetuous. Research in basic theories should be done in depth. Scientific and technological achievements that our predecessors have already studied should be emphasized, technological innovation should be stepped up, and work should be done step by step. Academically, allowing different viewpoints to exist, conducting extensive exchanges, conducting discussions and gaining consensus has helped to promote the development of science and technology.
