目的了解劳务人员在境外期间工作、劳动、卫生等各方面情况,更好地开展出境人员的卫生保健工作。方法对2001年7月—12月返回的劳务人员103人(其中1人探亲后又返回境外工作),进行问卷调查。结果通过调查了解到,劳务输出单位对劳务人员在境外居住地的环境、卫生、劳动、疾病预防及出境前的健康体检和预防接种工作,都比较重视,挑选素质好的劳务人员出境工作。劳务人员关注自身的健康及卫生保健意识也越来越强,适应性有了很大提高。但是,对卫生防病知识仍然了解不够。随着劳务输出工作的发展,我国国际旅行卫生保健部门,应进一步加强出境人员卫生保健工作,当好劳务人员的健康参谋。加强宣传教育工作,增强劳务人员防病意识,建立健康的行为;同时,进一步提高工作人员业务水平,加强基础建设,提供良好的环境和优质的服务,以适应加入 WTO 后国际施行卫生保健工作发展的需要。
Objectives To understand the situation of laborers working outside the country, labor, and hygiene, and to better carry out the health care work of exit personnel.
