本文以70%、75%醇液、2%碘液附加络合碘液为实验材料,通过对碘、醇的挥发实验,及其消毒效果鉴定。结果显示,一般的大口径磨口瓶及带盖法郎磁罐等大口径容器,是不适于长时间储存碘液和醇液的,因其密封作用是不可靠的。70%、75%醇液单独用于皮肤消毒时,只有清洁作用而无消毒作用,且如果配制浓度低的话,稍有降解,即失去消毒作用。2%碘液加70%醇液消毒效果可靠。附加络合碘实验效果不理想,因本例络合碘存放时间长、使用次数多而失效,为了避免盲目使用消毒剂,确保可靠的消毒效果,本文提出了易挥发消毒剂在使用中继续浓度监测问题,供大家共同探讨。
In this paper, 70%, 75% alcohol solution, 2% iodine solution complexed iodine solution as experimental materials, through the volatilization experiment of iodine, alcohol, and the identification of its disinfection effect.
