当前,高职生的人生目标、学习主动性等问题非常突出。虽然各高校都加强了思想政治教育,但从效果上看并不理想。笔者认为,应该从问题的根本入手,引导和帮助学生在一个较高的层次上审视自己、规划未来、开发潜能、树立人生目标,也就是说,职业生涯规划应该纳入到高职思想政治理论课体系中。
At present, the higher vocational students’ life goals, learning initiatives and other issues are very prominent. Although all colleges and universities have strengthened the ideological and political education, but the effect is not ideal. The author believes that we should start from the root of the problem, guide and help students to examine themselves at a higher level, plan the future, develop the potential and set the goal of life. That is to say, the career planning should be integrated into the vocational college of ideological and political theory System.
