以加强学生的学习主动性,“以学生为本”为主要内容的新课程改革正在我国广大的中学进行。“以学生为本”也是班主任管理班级的一个重要的观念。众所周知,学生的初中阶段是其智力发展的重要阶段,同时也是学生的求知欲和个性化发展的重要阶段。因此,如何针对初中学生的情况对其进行合理的管理,是广大初中班主任应该也是必须考虑的问题。教师的职能之一就是促进学生的健康成长,所以,初中班主任所要做的就是正确引导学生,让他们度过这个阶段。“学生”是老师进行教育和管理的重点。所以,初中班主任在进行班级管理工作时应该要树立起“以生为本”的观念,对学生的兴趣和特点进行及时地发现和引导,因材施教,努力促进一个好班风好学风好有凝聚力的班集体的形成。
