作者就现行的以及今后的消防工作方针提出了自己的看法和设想。提出在原有的“预防为主 ,防消结合”消防工作方针的基础上增加“软硬并举 ,建管并重”等内容。
The author put forward his own views and ideas on the existing and future fire protection work guidelines. Proposed in the original “prevention first, combined with anti-elimination” on the basis of the fire work to add “both hardware and software, construction and management of both” and so on.
