改革开放以来,我国县乡经济有了一定的发展,经济总量和财政收入持续增长。但由于受地理位置、自然环境、劳动力状况及政策扶持、财政体制诸多因素影响,县乡发展出现不平衡性,县乡财政困难已经成为一个较普遍的问题。本文对县乡财政困难情况进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的措施。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been some development of county and township, economic output and financial revenue continued to grow. However, due to its geographical location, natural environment, labor force, policy support and many other factors, the imbalanced development of counties and towns and the financial difficulties of counties and townships have become a common problem. This article has carried on the thorough analysis to the county and township financial difficulties situation, and proposed the corresponding measure.
