目的:对 SYSMEX SE-9500(以下简称SE-9500)血细胞分析仪的分析性能进行评价。方法:对SE-9500的精密度、线性范围、携带污染率、幼稚白细胞的检测能力进行测定,将120例住院病人标本的SE-9500的白细胞分类结果和手工分类结果进行比较另用37例病人的血红蛋白测定结果和手工方法(HiCN法)进行对比,再取87例病人标本同时用SE-9500和COUL-TER JT-IR测定WBC、RBC、HCT、Hb、PLT五项指标进行对比测试。结果:SE-9500的精密度、线性范围、携带污染率都在允许范围内,检测幼稚白细胞的灵敏度为92.9%、特异性为77.1%、假阳性为22.9%、假阴性为7.l%,说明SE-9500的白细胞分类和血红蛋白测定与手工方法之间有良好的相关性;SE-9500和COULTER JT-IR对WBC、HCT、Hb、PLT测定结果相关性良好。结论:SE-9500是一种较为理想的血细胞分析仪。
Objective: To evaluate the analytical performance of the SYSMEX SE-9500 (hereinafter referred to as SE-9500) hematology analyzer. METHODS: The precision, linear range, carryover contamination rate, and the detection ability of immature white blood cells of SE-9500 were measured. The leukocyte classification results of SE-9500 in 120 inpatient samples were compared with the manual classification results. Another 37 patients were used. The results of hemoglobin determination were compared with the manual method (HiCN method), and 87 specimens of patients were tested simultaneously with SE-9500 and COUL-TER JT-IR to measure WBC, RBC, HCT, Hb, and PLT. RESULTS: The accuracy, linear range, and carrying contamination rate of SE-9500 were all within the allowable range. The sensitivity of detecting immature leukocytes was 92.9%, the specificity was 77.1%, the false positive was 22.9%, and the false-negative was 7.1%. There is a good correlation between the leukocyte classification and hemoglobin determination of SE-9500 and the manual method; SE-9500 and COULTER JT-IR have good correlations with WBC, HCT, Hb, and PLT measurements. Conclusion: SE-9500 is an ideal blood cell analyzer.
