[案例一]李某(女)与任某结婚后生有一子,后因夫妻感情破裂,经法院判决离婚,2岁的孩子判由任某抚养。之后李某出门打工,通过书信与家中联系。在此期间李某听说任某已经再婚,并将孩子送给他人,还与对方订立了收养协议并办理了登记手续,遂迅速赶回,找到收养人要求领回孩子,遭到拒绝。李某向法院提起诉讼,要求撤销收养登记,并由她抚养孩子。
[Case 1] Lee (female) and Renmou married after having a son, because of the broken husband and wife, divorced by the court verdict, 2-year-old child sentenced to raise any by Ren. After Lee went out to work through letters and home contact. During this period, Lee heard Ren Moumou remarried and gave the child to others, and also entered into an adoption agreement with the other party and went through the formalities of registration. He quickly returned and found the adopter asked to take the child back and was rejected. Lee filed a lawsuit to the court demanding the revocation of adoption registration and her raising of children.
