目的:通过对护理人员实行分层次培训,提高护士的综合素质,满足临床护理工作的需要。方法:成立护理技能培训指导小组,对护理人员定期实行分层次培训与考核,重点加强低年资护理人员(护士和护理员)的基本技能的培训考核。结果:通过分层次技能培训,护士的技能考试成绩平均分达95.2分。结论:科学合理的分层次对护士培训,是提高护士综合素质的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the overall quality of nurses and meet the needs of clinical nursing by implementing nursing training at different levels. Methods: Set up the guidance group of nursing skill training, regularly carry out the training and assessment for nursing staff at different levels, and emphasize the training and examination on the basic skills of nursing staff (nursing staff and nursing staff) with low seniority. Results: Through the level of skills training, nurses’ skills test scores averaged 95.2 points. Conclusion: Scientific and reasonable training of nurses at different levels is an effective way to improve the overall quality of nurses.
