针对热试实验所用的两种典型结构气氢/气氧喷注器,开展了不同反压下的流量特性实验.重点考察了燃料喷嘴对氧化剂喷嘴流量特性的影响和压降变化对喷嘴流量特性的影响.研究结果表明:反压从0.2~4 MPa的范围内变化时,双路同时工作时氧化剂喷嘴的流量系数要大于其自身单路工作时的流量系数;氧化剂喷嘴和燃料喷嘴的流量系数均随压降的增大而增大,并且增长趋势逐渐平缓.所得结论对气-气喷注器的设计和改进具有重要意义.
The experiment of flow characteristics under different back pressure was carried out for two typical structures of gas hydrogen / oxygen injector used in the thermal test, and the influence of the fuel nozzle on the flow characteristics of the oxidant nozzle and the influence of the pressure drop on the nozzle flow characteristics .The results show that when the backpressure changes from 0.2 MPa to 4 MPa, the flow coefficient of the oxidant nozzle is greater than the flow coefficient of the oxidant nozzle at the same time of two-way simultaneous operation. The flow coefficient of the oxidant nozzle and the fuel nozzle Both increased with the increase of pressure drop, and the trend of gradual increase gradually. The conclusion is of great significance for the design and improvement of gas-air injector.
