采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE)电泳法研究了喷施农药对棉花植株同工酶谱的影响,分析了不同农药、不同棉花品种、施药后不同时间间隔、不同生育期棉株过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱的变化和差异.结果表明,喷施不同农药、不同棉花品种、不同生育期及施药后不同时间间隔均对棉株POD同工酶产生不同的影响.
