本文较精确地分析了H型钢连轧时在万能孔型中作用在轧件上的各种水平方向作用力,最终建立了前滑与前、后张力之间的解析关系式。在三机架可逆式连轧机组上进行了实尺寸连轧实验研究,实验结果与计算结果吻合良好,为正确计算连轧张力,实现最小张力控制提供了理论依据。
This paper analyzes all kinds of horizontal forces acting on the rolling elements in H-shaped steel during rolling, and finally establishes the analytic relation between the front slip and the front and back tensions. The experiment of real dimension continuous rolling was carried out on the three-stand reversing rolling mill. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results, which provides a theoretical basis for correctly calculating the tension of continuous rolling and achieving the minimum tension control.
