目的探讨CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌发生、发展、浸润和转移过程中的表达、作用及两者相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测73例食管鳞癌组织和其癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白的表达,探讨两者与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在73例食管鳞癌组织中呈明显高表达,在正常食管黏膜组织中低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);食管鳞癌癌组织中CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.397,P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,两者可能共同参与了食管鳞癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移过程。
Objective To investigate the expression and the role of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in the carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in 73 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was explored. Results The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 protein in 73 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa tissues (P <0.05). The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). The expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.397, P <0.05). Conclusions CD44v6 and MMP-9 are overexpressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, both of which may play an important role in the carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
