地质矿产部部长,中国矿业协会会长朱训,于1991年12月在中国矿协第一届理事会第一次会议上,作了题为:《为振兴中国矿业而奋斗》的讲话。讲话共分三部分:一、我国矿业开发获得巨大成就;二、我国矿业面临的主要问题;三、对促进我国矿业发展的若干建议。讲话的第三部分原载1991年12月9日《中国地质矿产报》,讲话对研究、制定我国矿业政策有现实的指导意义,本刊转载如下。
Zhu Xun, minister of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and president of China Mining Association, gave a speech titled “Striving for Vitalizing China’s Mining Industry” at the first meeting of the first council of China Mining Association in December 1991. The speech is divided into three parts: First, great achievements have been made in China’s mining development; Second, the main problems facing China’s mining industry; Third, some suggestions on promoting the development of China’s mining industry. The third part of the speech was originally contained in the “China Geology and Mineral Newspaper” of December 9, 1991, and the speech has a realistic guiding significance for studying and formulating China’s mining policy.
