在数据采集和工业自动化系统中,许多对象的输出量都是模拟量,为了提供给计算机进行分析和处理,都要先经过模-数转换,变成相应的数字量输出才能进行处理。因此计算机对信号的处理精度,很大程度上取决于A/D器件分辨率和精度。另外,对于信号的大小和变化范围是否能充分发挥A/D器件的最佳特性,也往往是影响计算机处理精度的又一重要因素。本文主要阐述利用现有的8位A/D器件特性,使计算机处理精度达到最佳状态。
