目的通过实验验证使用Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头能否符合英国医学研究委员会制定的标准曲线(BM-RC曲线)的要求。方法对使用Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头进行实验室检测以及与进口旋风式粉尘采样头进行比对。结果Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头与BMRC曲线对应值偏差的实验室检测值为4.9%,进口旋风式粉尘采样头与BMRC曲线对应值偏差2.3%。结论Barth法设计的旋风式粉尘采样头与进口旋风式粉尘采样头采样性能的差别较小,能够满足BMRC曲线的要求。
Objective To verify whether the cyclone dust sampling head designed by Barth theory can meet the requirements of the standard curve (BM-RC curve) developed by the British Medical Research Council through experiments. Methods Laboratory testing of cyclone dust sampling heads designed by Barth theory and comparison with imported cyclone dust sampling heads were carried out. Results The laboratory test value of the deviation between the cyclone dust sampling head and the BMRC curve designed by Barth theory was 4.9%, and the corresponding value of the imported cyclone dust sampling head and the BMRC curve was 2.3%. Conclusion The difference between the sampling performance of the cyclone dust sampling head and the imported cyclone dust sampling head designed by Barth method is small, which can meet the requirements of BMRC curve.
