自1991年9月至1992年2月山东医科大学附院对山东新华制药厂生产的头胞拉啶进行了临床试用,治疗了各种常见呼吸道感染34例现总结如下:病人和方法(一)受试病例:全为本院内科住院及可随访的门诊病人,按临床试验要求及计划病例入选或剔除。(二)药品:治疗组头胞拉啶胶囊由山东新华制药厂生产并提供,临床应用规格0.25g/胶囊,对照组头孢拉啶胶囊由上海施贵宝药厂生产并提供,规格0.25g/胶囊,。治疗组与对照组,两组病例均照随机表入选。
